Melanie Howard has been working in the Medical industry for 8 years and is passionate about her role as a Practice Manager. Working directly with the Doctors and support staff, Melanie's role is to oversee the business side of the practice; including personnel management, day-to-day operations, training, business development and ensuring a safe environment is maintained for all patients.

Jack completed his degree from the University of Western Sydney. Since graduating he has obtained qualifications in Pathology, Immunology and Aural health. Jack has also trained in Mental Health, Cardiology and Accident and Emergency. Further to this, he has had extensive experience in Pathology. Like most health professionals Jack strongly believes in the importance of preventative medicine where small changes in actions and attitudes can have large implications for individuals and society in the future. Jack's interests include diabetes education and management, vaccinations and immunology and wound care.

When he is not nursing or studying he likes to exercise and stay fit and healthy. He enjoys cycling several hours at the weekend and going to the gym most days during the week.
