We remain committed to managing your health and wellbeing during this unique time. As we continue to provide care to our community and keep up to date with this evolving situation, we have made significant changes within our practices in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
All our services are still available to our patients with our team of doctors and staff. Please see your preferred practice website for further information. We are here to help you during this difficult time.
Our practice will continue to be open however in accordance with Australian Public Health advice, we ask any patient who has:
Travelled interstate or overseas recently OR
Contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 OR
Any flu-like symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, recent loss of sense of smell OR
Visited or resides in a known high-risk area with a cluster of cases in the last 14 days
Please DO NOT attend the practice. Stay at home and book a telephone consultation with one of our doctors.
We are now offering telehealth/telephone consultations to all patients regarding any health matter. These consultations will be bulk billed for all valid Medicare card holders. This will enable continuity of care whilst also safeguarding our patients and practice doctors and staff.
We will continue to see patients for face to face consultations who pass screening questions. We kindly ask that patients wear a face mask when attending appointments at the practice.
During this time of temporary change, we will be bulk billing face to face consultations for all valid Medicare card holders. There will be a gap fee charged for procedures.
Our clinical psychologist Scarlett Gill is also offering telehealth/telephone consultations.
You can book a telehealth/telephone consultation here online or call our practice for further information on 92311000.
